Solar-powered learning, or PowerSchool, has had a long and interesting history.
Today, PowerSchool is still an awesome platform that offers a ton of amazing resources, including some incredible tutorials, to help students learn how to build and manage their own solar powered systems.
Today I want to talk about some of the tools that PowerSchool has made available over the years, and how you can use them today to build an amazing solar powered learning experience for your students.
What are PowerSchool Learning Tools?
If you’re not familiar with PowerSchool learning tools, here’s a quick rundown of what they are.
PowerSchool’s Learning Suite includes a series of free, online resources.
The first is a set of PowerSchool-specific videos that give you a look at how solar energy works, and what you can do with it.
This video series has been around for a few years now, and is a great way to get your students excited about solar power and the power they can generate.
Another PowerSchool resource is the PowerTech PowerCamp, a two-week-long learning camp in which you’ll be learning about solar and energy.
The PowerTech LearningCamp is a perfect place to start learning how to create your own solar power system.
PowerTech also offers a solar-powered educational software tool that is very popular with students.
This tool is a good way to create an online video tutorial for your classroom, or to create a video for a PowerCamp event.
Finally, there’s PowerSciency, which is a free tool that you can take with you on your commute or while you’re on the go.
The tool is designed to teach you about how to operate a solar panel.
With a simple click of a button, you can install your solar system and learn about the solar panels that you’ll use.
